So as I'm getting ready to pack for our weekend camping trip. I realized I wouldn't have an opportunity to come on the website again till Sunday. I'm a bit worried about how well I'm going to be able to stay on track this weekend. I know there will be plenty of ways to workout, but will i do them? Camping is so relaxing its hard to make yourself do extra work. I've been trying to rid myself of doubt so I leave in a good mindset to do so. I know the food will be a bit high calorie so that scares me too. Looking back I wished I gave myself for time to think and plan to make this weekend as easy as possible. Lesson learned. I will definitely do better next time.
Thats about it for now. Got 10min on my gazelle this morning and walked while my daughter rode your bike around the block twice. Going to try and get another 10min on the gazelle and a mile walk in before we have leave because between the drive, set up, and supper, I don't know if I'll have another opportunity to workout after we leave.
