I re-joined the gym!
They have made many improvements and I am excited!
Worked out for 2 hours yesterday; mostly lower body.
Tomorrow it will be upper body and squats.
Saturday I will do either treadmill or walk outside if the heat doesn't get to me.
My eating has been out of control and 'cheat' should be my middle name.
Time to shift.
I am switching from KETOing to lots of low GI veggies, mostly raw, and lean protein.
No bread, crackers or sweets. They are my binge foods!
Later I will add berries but not now.
(Might bring on a sugar binge.)
I am serious about this stuff, Sparkers!
