Another new month, what are my goals? I guess almost the same as for May except for one huge difference. Now I have added walking. For me this is amazing. I hope to have at least 7500 steps a day. I know 10000 is the ultimate goal but for now I am pleased with 7500. I have also decreased my calorie
Range to 1200-1500. Hopefully I will see results.
