Goals for today:
Eat oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast
Drink my water today 8 glasses well try to drink 8 glasses of water in today
Walk to and from walk today
Keep carbs under 200 grams today
Keep blood sugars under 10.0/180
Watch Cholesterol today keep it under 300 grams today.
Take Cholesterol Medication tonight.
Eat a healthy dinner tonight.
Rest and relax tonight after work.
Get some more reading in tonight so I can get my book done :D
