Goals for today:

Eat oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast

Drink my water today 8 glasses well try to drink 8 glasses of water in today

Walk to and from walk today

Keep carbs under 200 grams today

Keep blood sugars under 10.0/180

Watch Cholesterol today keep it under 300 grams today.

Take Cholesterol Medication tonight.

Eat a healthy dinner tonight.

Rest and relax tonight after work.

Get some more reading in tonight so I can get my book done :D

Keep you all posted today later on how I did with my goals :D

    Jeanw2 I already had my diabetes specialist/endo apt the other day and things were good she was happy with my blood sugars but my cholesterol was a lil high so need to get it under control you know? I see my diabetes team july 7th so keep you posted ok.
    Some goals met today I walked to work and walked home from work.
    I drank half my water today.
    I ate pretty healthy today. I got a sandwich at work and it was delicious and to me healthy for me. Organic antibiotic free turkey so that's good.
    Blood sugars haven't been over 10.0 today :D Yeah
    Gonna take my cholesterol pill with dinner tonight.
    Gonna relax and read tonight.
