May Results & June Goals

May was definitely a better month as far as the scales go. Even with all the cookouts & dinners to celebrate, I still managed a 3.2# loss from 183 to 179.8
I need to continue this losing streak, my goal is to be down to 175 by my 46th birthday July 10, time to get moving.
My June goals are:
*Increase water intake of 11 cups daily
*Focus on 5-6 servings of FREGGIES daily
*Strive for 7 hours of sleep each night
*Adding short bits of exercise throughout the day to add up to 30 minutes per day x 5 days
*Lose from 179.8 to 177
Time to get on track for June.
