I do believe that my favorite day to workout is the one that follows my rest day. I feel stronger, refreshed and capable.
Take tonight for example, I felt in complete control and actually could not wait for my workout session. I felt so pumped and ready to conquer that I didn't just do my regular routine, I did 100 of each exercise! That is 100! Yes! I have a big cheshire cat smile right now!
Yes, I feel the muscles pull and twitch. Yes, my arms shake from the push-ups. Yes, my legs are gonna hurt tomorrow! My gluteus maximus is on fire! Yes, I was sweating. Damn! If I wasn't so spent, I'd get up and do it all over again! Believe it.
I went longer, stronger and with a smile in my workout.
I feel my body strong, I feel it in every move I make. I am so glad I decided to concentrate on my core.
I am searching to create my perfect workout playlist. It is a little difficult because there are so many great songs and I love a great variety. The beat has to match my routine and be able to push me. I'll get it.
I'm going to bed happy and satisfied with me! I did it! For me, for my plan, my health, my happiness. The best is yet to come!
