Today Went Well

Today went very well. I worked out more then my daily goals. Haven't gone over my calorie limit. I haven't reached it yet either though, but ill have some tea w/ honey and some watermelon for a snack tonight and that should do it.
Been thinking about smaller goals. So I've decided to just focus on getting under 300lbs for now. I think that will be a great accomplishment and a good shorter term goal.
I am tired now though. Been a while since i've tried to get back on track and all the progress I made before is just gone. Its like starting all over again.
