Today Went Well

Today went very well. I worked out more then my daily goals. Haven't gone over my calorie limit. I haven't reached it yet either though, but ill have some tea w/ honey and some watermelon for a snack tonight and that should do it.

Been thinking about smaller goals. So I've decided to just focus on getting under 300lbs for now. I think that will be a great accomplishment and a good shorter term goal.

I am tired now though. Been a while since i've tried to get back on track and all the progress I made before is just gone. Its like starting all over again.

    Successfully reaching little goals give you lots of encouragement where as huge goals can be overwhelming. I'm so glad you are starting with smaller goal - with little bites, you can finish the whole meal!

    Getting under 300 pounds is such a great feeling! I think that's a great goal to set, seeing 299 really inspires you to want to continue.
