4 week pilates program

Hey everyone. I have been busy with life recently!
I have been going to the gym one day a week. I just decided to push myself to go two times a week so I am going again tonight. Monday and Wednesday nights!
A friend of mine decided we should do a 4-week pilates workout. It is 6 days a week through youtube. I am on day 3.. and wow I am sore! It will be tough only having one rest day, especially also going to the gym for cardio! Hopefully it helps though since I want to lose some weight!
My vacation is a few weeks, and it would be nice to fit into ALL of my clothes again haha. OR at least have them not as tight
