June Goals and Aspirations

Looking back on my past year...from June 2014 - May 2015, I lost almost 80 lbs and then gained all but 12 lbs of it back, my arthritis has progressed, my diabetes levels have been erratic with sharp highs and then back down to a lower range...not good for avoiding complications! I must get a grip on this and quit looking at my body as my enemy and my health issues as a dreadful thing. Instead, I need to look at my arthritis and diabetes as my helpers to lead me to a more healthy way of living, to take care of the body God gave me so that I can use it to help others.

Here is my one month plan, just for the month of June. I'm going to take this nice and easy, nothing earth shattering, but a slow and steady approach.

Fast Break/Daily/Weekly Goals
1. Exercise for 10 minutes each day.
2. Get 7 hours of sleep.
3. Drink 8 cups water daily.
4. Eat 5 Freggies a day.
5. Exercise 10 min @day / 60 min@wk.
6. Do Strength Training Mon/Wed/Fri for 10 min a session.
7. Plan 2-3 healthy snacks each day.
8. Curb snacks at night.

Nutrition Goals ~ My Low-Carb Life
 Consume between 1200 & 1230 calories per day
 Consume between 57 & 65 grams of fat per day.
 Consume between 20 & 50 grams of carbohydrates per day.
 Consume between 100 & 130 grams of protein per day.

Fitness Goals
o Burn 450 calories a week.
o Do cardio for 10 minutes on MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT.
o Do strength program on MON, WED, FRI.
o See your strength program

Get to your ultimate goal by: 08/16/2016

My Medium Goals.
1: Lose 5 lbs by June 27th (4wks) – 185 lbs _________________

My Short term Goals:
1: Lose 2 lbs by June 12th - 187 lbs _________________
