Where there is a will....

Yesterday I complained about my pain in my lunges. Today I spent some time, researched, and tested several alternatives. I read several articles, watched a few videos and even tried suggested exercises. I found it, so glad I did because it would have interfered with tonight's challenge. It is easy, machine and weight free, and the best part, pain free!

The exercise, body weight standing leg curls. It almost felt like I was doing it wrong and too easy. I thought,
" no way, this can't be". After the first set of 30 I stood corrected LOL.

I felt the nice, feel that muscle work burn. The most important part for me was to still work the same muscles as the lunge and It does. I already know that I am going to really work this exercise. I can continue with my challenge, quitting it would have really not been good for me.

I love that I'm learning my body, controlling the workouts and focused on the slow but steady journey. This is just the beginning, strengthening my core. I can't wait for what's ahead!
