June Goals!

Box 2x wk/run 2x wk

10,000 steps/day

Drink 10 glasses water/day

Refrain from overeating

Spend more time with kids outside/less time on electronics

I also want to try yoga 1x/wk...I think for me, stress is a big part of me holding onto this weight.

    Stress is huge & can be so hard on our bodies! I love yoga and always feel great when I've been doing it regularly. Maybe something I should get back into too. So now we're 3 weeks in, how are you doing on your goals?
