Lower body today. Working on balance. My left knee is really bothering me again. I'm not sure what to do about it. Going to my PCP seems pointless, as the two times I've seen her already, she's just ignored it.

Single Leg Squats, on bench 8x0 10x0 (getting somewhat deeper)
Two leg squats on BOSU 9x12 12x12 balance improving
SIngle leg deaad lifts with DB 7x20 8x20 (balance harder than with bar)
Step ups 12x0 8x5 (on higher bench - makes a big difference)
Dynamic Lunges 15x8 12x8 10x8
Reverse crunches 12x15 10x15 10x15 (holding weight between thighs)
