I am a planner and list-maker. Seeing my goals, steps and progress on paper help me stay on track and motivated.
My family is going on vacation at the end of the week. We'll spend a week on a beach with my husbands family. I expect there will be a lot of food and even some drinking. I am looking forward to sunshine and quality time.
I am planning to get in daily jogs and walks, drink lots of water and eat in moderation. I know finding a balance during that week can be done but honestly, I am not going to stress about it. It is one week.
This week, as vacation approaches, I will make a plan. June 15 will be my Day 1. I want to plan my meals and snacks, start running on a regular basis and weight train.
Do you plan everything to a T? Try to wing it? Or do you have a plan that you loosely follow?
