6 Year Anniversary... Almost

My 6 year anniversary with SP will be in 2 days. I've definitely had my ups & downs!
When I started
...I weighed 159 pounds and got down to 130-132 where I stayed steady for about 18 months
...I was wearing size 16 clothes, and got down a size 8
I couldn't run for 60 seconds, and have since completed 6 half marathons among other, shorter races
...I hadn't rode a bike in about 20 years, and have since taken part in group bike rides of up to 45 miles
...I hadn't ever swam a lap, and have since competed in 2 sprint triathlons
...I had 'no muscles', and watched as my body developed strong legs & muscular arms
But... that was at the height of my success... I've stumbled & fell... I've been up & down since then
I'm ready to start again. Now I KNOW I can succeed & that it gets easier after I've been faithful for awhile. I need to not only exercise faithfully, but TRACK my food & DRINK water. So, here's to another start.... 6 years later.
My current stats?
Weight: 147
Clothing size: 12's & some 10's
Current fitness level: very sporadic... hard to run more than 1-2 minutes at a time
My plan?
TRACK food
DRINK water
EXERCISE faithfully... including starting C25K again which is where I started 6 years ago. This time, though, my goal is to run a 5K in under 30 minutes! So, I'm running my runs on a treadmill at a 9:41 pace with the incline set at 1%. I hope to accomplish this goal in the fall!
