Weekends are always full of extra stuff! I met my goal for Friday and got full points for the day!
Saturday - Avoid eating any snack stand food at daughter's softball game. I will have my Jungle Juice (protein shake) before I go and bring an apple to eat at the game. I will not indulge in the ice cream sundaes the girls will have after the game. I already got in a walk today but I will do some more exercise after the game.
Sunday - Dinner is the biggest obstacle on Sunday. I make something in the slow cooker to alleviate any time constraints in case Andrew's team is playing in the game tomorrow. It requires a win tonight. Exercise will happen between church and his game. I have plenty of time to do it.
Monday - I am going for full points. Ok, I will try on Saturday and Sunday as well. It's just more difficult. My obstacle on Monday is the kids have eye doctor appointments immediately after school. I will need to have a quick/healthy meal planned for dinner.
