Woo Zumba!!

My weight loss has been up and down but I am still optimistic. I have been focusing on weight training and I can see my arms beginning to tone, and when I flex I have guns!! Small ones but still. That said, been neglecting cardio. I despise it, for the exception of Zumba. I have an xboxone and since there are Zumba games, got it to try it out. Meant to spend only 30 minutes on it but I was having too much fun and did it for an hour. I now feel like taking a walk and doing yoga. Maybe this is the high runners talk about...
