Plan for the weekend:
Friday -off from working out due to party and bonus children at the house.
Saturday -go for a run/walk after the boys leave. Follow up with weight training and then yoga (Goal 90 + minutes) Make a grocery list with food for the weekend and party food for Sunday and shop, clean out fridge and laundry; make a cake for party
Sunday -Church, run/walk, strength, run vacuum, prepare food for party and for M-R work lunches and kids lunches. Yoga after party
Monday -Work, run/walk (see if Lyd will run w/me); strength training; Monday maneuvers; pack lunch for Tuesday
Tuesday-work, Dr. appt for Lyd, John Lax practice ~walk for about 1/2 hour while Lyd is in appt Run/walk after dinner at home; take Lyd to climb; Pack lunches for Wed.
