Getting Past a Health Issue

I have had to change a few things up due to hip issues.
In order to deal with this new issue, I decided that it is not the amount of steps I am taking, but that I need to work out at whatever pace for 30 minutes. My hips need to heal, but they also need to workout. Today, I also went back to incorporate wall pushups in my workout. I need to build upper body and torso strength to help me with my hips.
I realize that I have to always take care of this body in able to age and still be mobile. Osteoarthritis is the pits, but I must take off my weight, walk and eat properly in order to stay strong. Period. I will embrace this and move forward, figuratively and literally.
