So I have been stuck without losing weight for some time now..... I always count all my calories and stay in my allowed amount but that doesn't work for me. I feel like I am going to lose all my motivation. I have been doing Zumba 1-2 times a week and walking at least 4 miles a day 3x a week for the last two months but I can't seem to lose weight. I am stuck.... I just don't know what to do. I have lost 15 lbs from January to now but once I get to 220 I stop and go up a lb then down a lb, just can't get down from there. The struggle is stressing me out :( Any ideas out there?!
