This is the big question:
Why does it only take 3 days to gain back all the weight that you lose in a month???
Now... I don't know this for certain, because I am still only stepping on the scale only on Fridays... but I know what I put in my mouth this weekend. I was stress eating beyond belief. I had a house full of company and when I don't have my space I eat. That is how I cope. I feel bloated and yucky.
So... Now I have hit the reboot button yet again.
I am going to congratulate myself for rebooting and not be completely self-punishing for this past weekend.
What's done is done.
It will happen again.
Luckily there are no holidays coming up for a while....
