Day 103. I hated tracking

I'm lucky. When I got my spark I was recovering from pneumonia so I had hours of bed rest where I could learn how to track nutrition. I hated it, thought I misunderstood something basic, couldn't possibly so difficult. It was that difficult, but because I had the time I stuck with it and now I see where it's been a huge help.
