I am so glad it's Friday! I can't wait to go home and sleep just sleep lo! Tomorrow is weigh in and I'm a little nervous after Monday and Tuesday not doing a thing but I think it will be ok.

Yesterday I did ok stayed within my calorie goals, got 125 squats and wall pushups done and went for a nice walk to get groceries for the next few days.

I don't know what to do today lol it will probably be the same stuff, pushup, leg lifts, and squats even if my legs are burning today ha as for food I don't know dinner, I have the shakes for breakfast and lunch, a banana and a naked tropical mango for snacks as well as well as the detox water/tea thing, and some almonds. All I need to do is get some exercise in this morning so I can wake up...

I need to get my feet to the ground and beat my Aunt and Uncle on this fitbit challenge we are doing this last week.

Anyway I don't usually get on over the weekend so until Monday my friends!
