Thank you for popping by my blog....
I realized a few weeks ago how much things have changed since I started my journey on Sparkpeople.
I used to obsess..... about the scale, about every calorie....and even when I was the lowest weight possible , I still was not happy. ( when in reality I was probably underweight)

I was told it takes a couple of years for your body to recover from being underweight......I certainly am not underweight now....but my weight seems to be stable.

I am probably 20 pounds heavier than my vanity weight, but right now I do not care.

I am over the obsessing, the scale dictating my mood and my self worth.

In addition, I used to be obsessed with not the case now.

NOW eating is a chore.....I don't spend hours making stuff, photographing it....all that stuff. All gone.

I find it very interesting.

the other day I thought about maybe losing a couple of pounds....
then I thought....and wreck my metabolism again!.?
maybe not.

I eat when I am hungry....that is all.....
Am I obsessed with food anymore?

do I want to improve my diet....?

a little.....

do I want to have to think hard about it? No.

at this mental and spiritual health is the focus.....
so until things change.. I guess that is the state I am in at the moment.
