PAWS week 1

This past week was spent getting organized and trying to figure out how everything works. I haven't started working out yet and my eating was pretty off track. But I am committed and I will make changes.

Today went well with eating and I am optimistic that I can continue. I got everything tracked today and have tomorrow's menu tracked on there as well.
