Hi all! The week is almost over!! Anybody have exciting plans for the holiday weekend?
We are doing the Electric Run on Saturday night - I'm super excited, it's my step daughter's first race. I really hope she enjoys it! We are making tutu's with glow sticks in them - I will try to remember to get lots of photos! Other than that, it is a pretty quiet weekend for us. I have to work Sunday and Monday anyway, so it's not a long weekend for me.
In other news I've been doing great with my steps streak! I'm so excited, I typically fall off the wagon by now. Here is how my goals are looking:
5k steps every day (starting 5/5) - 16/27
Ride my bike 2-3 times a week (starting 5/10) - 0/3 weeks
I haven't gotten out on my bike at all. Maybe once we get the hubs a bike too so I'm not alone??
Stretch/foam roll for a minimum of 5 min each day (starting 5/6) - 7/27
I won't make the 27, but I will keep pushing on my current streak! 4 days is my current streak
Vacuum the house each week (starting 5/10) - 0/3 weeks
Whoops. I had the vacuum in my hand last night and the house didn't really need it. Waiting until tomorrow.
Clean bathrooms each week (starting 5/10) - 0/3 weeks
Also on the to-do list for tomorrow.
De-clutter the kitchen island and keep it that way -
The clutter is creeping back again....
Not great, but if I can manage to get my house stuff done tomorrow my goals won't be completely blown. Regardless of what this shows, I've at least lost 2lbs! I haven't started tracking my food yet either, I've been trying to be good, but not stressing. I'm going to try to be good for the next 2 weeks before my friend's wedding so I can feel more confident in my bridesmaid dress.
