Not a Game, Getting DONE!!!

This is not a game! I am determined to get back to where I was before the arrival of my little one. My weigh in day is tomorrow and I am already planning my Week 3 plan.
Week 3 Plan
Food- I am doing protein shakes in the morning for breakfast. So I plan on keeping up with this routine. Fresh fruits and veggies plus my Ideal Shape protein powder is keeping me happy and full
I have been packing my lunch and snacks for work and practicing portion control at dinner. So if I plan on sticking to the plan.
Exercise- I walk my dog every day 2X a day. Summer dress challenge 3X a week and Biggest Loser DVD 2X a week. I try to get away from the car and walk on the week-ends with the boys.
That is the plan for Week 3. My eldest turns 12 tomorrow so this week-end will be filled with celebration. I am allowing myself some cheat time but within reason.
