Not ready for intuitive eating, but I need to practice

My assignment from my Spark Coach program today is to use intuitive eating to guide my intake today. I have been more or less doing that for a couple weeks now as I am contemplating whether or not to lower my weight goal or stay at my present weight. Unfortunately the pounds are creeping back. I have read about maintenance and that it is hard for the body to recalibrate to a regular caloric intake. I will try this for the day, but am also feeling that I need to really buckle down again and loose these few pounds that have managed to find their way back. In the long term, eating without counting and measuring might work, but I am afraid it won't work for more than a day or two right now for mel
