It's been awhilee

Good morning and hello
I know it has been a few days since I have written anything but I was not feeling great over the weekend or the first 2 days of this week. Today I am not feeling much better but believe my system is just in over drive now so I don't really feel much!
I haven't done much exercise these last few days. Saturday I did some gardening and then the afternoon was cold and rainy so that was the end of that, Sunday I did go for 2 walks with the family so that was more productive we were going to go for a third but after dinner we were all kind of exhausted and on top of that it was already 7 so almost bed time! Moday I did a few things here and there the normal crunches, wall pushups and what not but no extra walking as it was cold and rainy and I didn't want to take baby out in that crap, and the same with yesterday no additional walking for the same reason except yesterday it was really really raining. I also read somewhere that wearing heels may help burn more calories and help tone your calf's, so started that on Monday and you are supposed to alternate with different heights and flats, but I am not yet willing to try anything higher and hurt myself so I am just going between heels and flats today is another heel day which is good because the bottom of my pants shouldn't get wet that way.
Over the last few day with what little exercise I did get in I was able to stay within my calorie goal and tried to make that a point. I also started Jullian Michaels detox Monday and yesterday I was so out of it I don't think I drank more than 32 oz, and was so dead at home I didn't make a new batch for today but I have become pretty good at starting over!
So goals for today: I want to come up with a new goal sheet and change out the exercises as I get bored rather quickly, Don't get me wrong I will still do the walking but I think the rest is going to change. I am also going to work on keeping the calories on the lower side of my goal, I say that while staring at a can off coffee and bottle of Mt.Dew however my Thrive stuff should be here today so that should help with the energy or at least I am praying it will lol But anyway that's about all for now I need to finish my homework for the week and move on with something else!
