Day 99. Been cloudy

Ran a lot more Friday. Didn't plan it but felt really good walking and I found a nice little flat place where I could run so I took advantage. I'm strong enough and light enough now I can do the c25k program again but I'm holding off for a few weeks. One step at a time. I might just make up my own off the couch to 5k program.
Have everything under control. Appetite is still too low, I'm struggling to eat enough to maintain my weight. Getting stronger every week.
