Motivation for Healthy Living

We all want to be healthier, more fit, more flexible, stronger, have more endurance, and be more functional in our lives. We want this for ourselves. At least I do! But there are days when I lose motivation and just don't have that enthusiasm to get out there and run, or get to the yoga studio, or choose healthy food. Those days don't last long because I have a husband, three boys, their spouses and significant others, and grand kids who all love me and deserve my very best each day. They are my motivation when I run out of gas. They have supported me through some pretty difficult times. I can show my gratitude by being the best, most active and healthy "me" possible.
