I FEEl thinner!

I doubt that I've lost any weight the past 2 weeks and I refuse to step on a scale to find out for sure but, I FEEL THINNER!

Note to self:

~Today is 3 weeks without any binge eating!
You were binge eating at least 2x's a week in the past. Great job for winning the battle against that monster for the past 3 weeks. One moment at a time and you ARE winning!

~You were a hero last night for NOT eating ANY of that candy! I know it was SO hard but, you took one moment, one temptation at a time and beat it. That stash of tic tacs helped! When you started to walk towards that pile of choc. candy on the counter at work & grabbed a tic tac instead, it was easier....wasn't it?!
And I am proud of you me for eating just ONE little cookie. I wasn't so sure I was going to be able to eat just one, but I did! I didn't feel cheated. I WAS so tempted. I was a challenge for sure. We got through it and I am thinner for it!

~Today, I woke up earlier, actually ate breakfast and managed to get 3 servings of fruit/veggies already.

I'm SO amazing.
I'm SO much healthier and thinner today!

    I did great again last night avoiding 4 doz. donuts! except when I got home, I ate a piece of cheese and today I just went nuts with the sugar and even just about had another binge eating episode with delicious cookies. ........I think I should eat only carrots and juice for 2 days, then eat normal when at work, then 2 days only fruit and water etc..... emoticon emoticon emoticon
