Goals May 10

1. I will exercise for an hour each day

2. I will bring my own food to work
No work today

3. I will see Shawna frequently and have my blood tested
Seeing her tomorrow

4. I will manage my money so that it lasts the whole month
I'm really going to have to stretch to make it work until payday (Thursday)

5. When I am able to chose between binging a purging and doing something else, I will do something else
Doing OK

6. I will brush my teeth at least once a day
Haven't yet but will

7. I will go to the YMCA at least five times a week
Went this morning

8. I will start the day off with a mug of green tea and not a binge and purge
Check

9. I will clean as best as I possibly can
Not complete yet. Will finish before day is over

10. I will not have meals out more than three times a week
I'm not having a meal out today
