Last week I shared 3 Eating Tools to help you pay attention to what you eat. This week I'm sharing 3 Exercise Tools to get you moving.
Be Kind. This is non-negotiable. No beating yourself up. No judgy-ness of yourself. Just be curious about what's happening, why it's happening, and it's ripple effect.
Suck At It. Or at least be WILLING to suck at it. Doesn't matter if you're new to exercise or a veteran, because you never know what'll happen that day. Why is it that so often we just think we'll be good at something on the first, second, two thousandth try?
Put Your Shoes On. Feel free to take them off right after you tie your laces tongue emoticon The point is to do ONE teeny tiny thing. Our brains tend to blow things up to where it becomes intimidating and overwhelming, and then we wonder what's the point. Prove to yourself that you CAN do ONE thing worth doing.
