Hello Everyone,
I am sorry that it has taken me so long to blog something on here. I have been really busy with work and etc. I am doing good though. Work is still going good and I still like it.
I have been getting out for my walks lately. And I also got my bike out and ready to use. I want to try to start riding my bike to work this weekend and see how it goes. I got a bike lock and everything. Keep you posted.
And I am also adding more fiber to my diet like beans and etc and I think it will be good for me being a diabetic you know? I am also trying to add more dish to my diet so I am starting with tuna and it might be the easiest way to have it as my boyfriend doesn't like the smell of it. Keep you posted. They say you should have fish 2 times a week. I am also thinking of adding chicken broth or etc with tortilla chips in it and also gonna eat more fruit for snacks and etc as its better for me being a diabetic. And then I want to start adding veggies to my diet maybe not asparagus but broccoli and cauliflower and carrots for bright colors and vitamins. I will let you know how my new diet goes also.
I go get my blood taken tomorrow for fasting blood work. I was going to take a cab there but I honestly think I would like to save money by just taking the bus or if I can get a ride tomorrow then I will do that keep you posted. I have taken the bus before so it should be ok. Then ill get the results June 1st so keep you all posted ok.
I have this app on my phone where I log my Blood sugars and it says my A1C is 6.8 I want it lower but ill take It :D
So last month I walked 53.58 miles and Did 1596 Active minuts so lets try to beat it this month :D I know I can :D This month I have walked 11.99 miles and did 352 active minutes so far :D Keep you posted.
Today is a beautiful day for a walk. I think I am gonna check a store out that sells my work shirts and see if they have the light material work shirts I like :D Keep you posted.
