Spreadsheets to the Rescue

So, after a couple of weeks "on" - I feel back off until today. I got to thinking: even if I have 40+ pounds to lose, all it will take is long term goal planning and realistic expectations. I'm awesome at planning, so I looked around for a 12-week weight loss plan, and then after that I plan to do another 8-week plan, which should *hopefully* get me fairly close to the size I'd like to be. (Really, anything will be better.) After that, I will start a 6 week ski training regimen, because getting into skiing is a bucket list item that I'm going to conquer this coming up winter! I'm hoping that just laying this all out in a way I can understand will help me execute!
Also, today I ran from zombies via my Zombie:5K app. It felt good! :)
