April Results & May Goals

I'm not sure what happened in April but I had a horrible month with the scales, my weight has crept back up to 183. emoticon So I'm off to a rocky start for May & time to get back on track & shed some of this weight that has found me.

My May goals are:

*Increase water intake of 11 cups daily
*Resume packing snacks & lunches from home for work & stop the eating out for lunch daily
*Strive for 7 hours of sleep each night
*Adding short bits of exercise throughout the day to add up to 30 minutes per day x 5 days
*Lose from 183 to 180

Time to get on track for May.
