I literally have no strength...

Uh oh. I know my seventy pound weight loss, while great, could have been better if I'd actually been exercising. As far as excuses go, I think living and working in the Amazon rain forest will suffice for why I wasn't doing a zumba routine. But when I go back this time, I'm going to have to make something up. I can jog. Yes it's hard in the rainy season with the thigh high mud but I want to keep up my cardio. And I'm very happy that I'm now entering week six of my runners world program and survived my 15 minute jog, 1 min walk, 14 min jog today. I don't think I've ever jogged more than ten minutes in my life so I'm proud of that.
But then I came home and did yoga. I've been doing a night time yin yoga routine to help me sleep, and some yoga poses throughout the day when something feels tight. But I feel like I haven't actually done yoga until today, when I found a bunch of free yoga videos and decided on a 30 minute sequence. To say I struggled through it would be an understatement. My right arm, where I pinched a nerve, still isn't 100% on range of movement, and I've been stretching it daily, but I don't know why I didn't realize how weak it now was. I tried to go into a side plank and it was shaking so badly. A lot of things were shaking and I realize it's because I have no muscle. So I really need to work on a strength routine. It will mostly be yoga but I'll try to do some pushups or burpees, maybe invest in some free weights.
So cardio, best of my life. Strength, worst. I want to be awesome overall, so this was a great wake up call.
