Day Eight: Rethink Your Drink
Liquid calories can really add up! Your challenge today is to drink ONLY water--no other caloric drinks (unsweetened tea and coffee are OK).
I'll have to do this tomorrow. It's gonna be hard.

    I drink sparklng seltzer water for daily water allowance as do not like water...I also drink iced coffee instead of hot coffee.

    Great idea! I do live by this most of the time. Starbucks gets in my way sometimes on the weekend. emoticon
