Weigh-in Day!!!! This is why it's not just a number...

So... After not stepping on the scale since Sunday morning... I stepped on the scale.
These are my stats:
Since Last Friday: -0.1 lbs.
Since Sunday: -4.4 lbs.
Since Last Friday: -2%
Since Sunday: -1%
Pounds of Fat:
Since Last Friday: -4.2 lbs.
Since Sunday: -4.5 lbs.
Lean Muscle Mass:
Since Last Friday: +2.1 lbs.
Since Sunday: +0.1 lbs.
These are numbers I can totally accept!!!
This is also the reason I really love my Fitbit Aria scale... I can measure my progress in lots of ways - not just try to figure out what the number means...
So that weekend weight is gone... and some of it was actually a gain in muscle.
I weigh the same (pretty much) as last Friday - but I am definitely leaner!
Now the challenge is just continuing my plan through this weekend. I am motivated and determined!
