There is no greater reality check than a skirt that won't zip.

I have this skirt. It's red, it's plaid, it's pleated, and it would have looked hella cute with my Marceline the Vampire Queen shirt which is a red/white design on black. So I pull out the skirt, slip my legs in, and proceed to slide it up... and... holy carp, since when do I have to STRUGGLE with this thing?? Oh. My. Gawd. Becky, look at my butt. It is SO big. *snort*

Now, last time I remember wearing this skirt it was actually LOOSE on me. LOOSE! I have seriously let myself go here.

I mean, nowhere to go but up from here... or should I say down, scale-wise?

I'm afraid to get on the scale tomorrow.

I'm afraid to go to my doctor appointment on Monday morning.

I need a keeper, seriously. Someone to smack my hands every time I reach for food. *snort*

Sounds like the skirt smacked your hand for you. I hate when they do that, but know it's necessary. I totally hear you about not wanting to get on the scale or go to the doctor. I even threw away a scale during one of those times.

Noooo, You don't need someone to smack your hand every time you reach for food. You just have to find some motivation and I think that cute skirt is motivation enough. Bite the bullet and join the "fun" here on SP. Wish you loads of luck!
