Exercise round up - Day 3 or 4

I've not done a day 3 round up because there really wasn't much I could say about my strength training on Wednesday. It was just as good as the one on Monday, perhaps the only change was that triceps dips didn't kill me for a change. I could have carried on to do a lot more than I actually had to. I'm glad that the reps will be changing tomorrow.

Today I had interval run. The warm up was a jog today instead of a walk then it was on to 15 seconds of running and 2 minutes walking. I decided that I was going to give running on the path a try this time and I have to say I found it so much better. My movements felt freer, in the warm up jog I actually felt like I could breath and like each step was propelling me forward instead of just a little shimmy forward. On the grass was alright for cushioning but I really did feel like I was fighting to free my feet all the time.

The intervals themselves were much easier on pavement as well. Although it was only 15 seconds I felt like I was flying through them, and when I had to slow to a walk I wasn't gasping for air like I usually do, even though I was working just as hard (according to the app)

Overall I have to say that I am very pleased with the progress I am seeing, even in this short time and I'm looking forward to my steady run (of 10 minutes) next week.
