Well, the first third of 2015 has been a bust when it comes to getting my fitness and nutrition groove back. The big move to Bee Cave, TX is coming v-e-r-y q-u-i-c-k-l-y though. It's pretty much do-or-die time if I want to be reasonably fit by the time we move.
So, I am back. All the way. Back to daily blogging, back to tracking, back to constant vigilance.
My goal is, as it was when I started my 50 pound weight loss journey, to be at a normal weight and fit. Now, last time I ended up being very fit and at my lightest weight since college. I'm not going to say I won't go there again but my goal is a more realistic BM (less than 25) and a more realistic body fat percentage (also less than 25).
My big issue right now is nutrition. Portion control AND splurges. And, to be 100% honest, binge eating triggered by stress. To help with that I am tracking.
Next up will be a fitness reboot.
