I set a 5 day goal !!

Since I have had trouble staying on a proper eating and exercising plan lately, I am setting an even smaller time goal. Starting yesterday and for the next four days I am not having any bread, crackers, chips, cookies or anything else like these things. I'm mainly having proteins, fruits and vegetables. Day one was a success. When I made dinner last night I put the pasta on the side for my husband and I only had the ground turkey with black beans.
My purpose of this blog is to make myself accountable to all who read it. I'm going to make short term goals until I get back where I need to be.
