Gutterballs - reflections on closed jars … and Energetics of Next

Monday, April 27, 2015

NEW DAY
readying for travel…
REFLECTION MORNING TIME

so tender and something-else
how joe and i are when i am about to leave for a trip
it's good for Us to have these separations
remembrances of proximity
we forget often
with the friction and blender
(to say the least… we've been at each other's throats a lot)
of small house and day to day

Am I this way with my self, too?

My Status today…. re gutterballs
Yep.. Up and down and up and down in the f'ing 70s

I am interested in QI GONG now.
Love the book I took out at the library.
Energetics - body mind spirit
my relationship to thought
my relationship to Matter
and my clearly not stable relationship to consumption - food / stuff / shopping / desire /
push pull perfection and uninhabited body

gutterballs
Moving Daily down the Lanes
RIGHT ACTION
Right form
Grace

Okay… b t w ….. I don't know anything at all about bowling.
But the image came to me.

I've been wanting to get back to the 50's for a while.
Interesting….
Only yesterday did I realize that my bottles of 'stones' … the little blue jars which help me visualize pounds lost and pounds i'd like to lose…. Well, ladies…. I had the LIDS on THEM!!

Can't move stones with the Lids On the Jars.
Metaphor / Analogy more truth than fiction.

So…
LIDS OFF
Batter/Bowler Up

Lanes Open

Let's QiGong a New Path.

I love your gutterball analogy. Everyone has ups and downs, but you know you can pick yourself up from those downs.

Enjoy your trip and travel safely.
