30 Pounds Down!!

I have been working hard for the past 4 months. I started in December but hit the workouts and the eating healthier in January. The hard work is showing off. I am down 30 pounds. I do not know if anyone can notice or not outside my husband. But it is a good feeling to see my weight down 30 pounds. There are still more that need to come off. Hopefully I can continue this trend during the summer months. I joined a local gym to keep me motivated during these hot summers. Still working on that goal of being down a 100 pounds by Christmas. I think it can be done. It is about 8 pounds a month. It might be harder as I move along but it would be nice to be close to 200 by Christmas. I would love to be somewhere around 150 sometime next summer. It should be attainable. That would put be back to my senior year of high school .
