Getting with the program... Even the parts I don't like

So... I took my measurements this morning.
For the first time in two years.
They've gone up a bit, but I expected that. Not too much though.
I just don't like doing it.
Not sure why. It's annoying and time consuming... but not really.
I think this is why I needed the SparkCoach program.
I was so used to doing the things that just came naturally that I have been avoiding things that didn't.
Not a good plan.

So now:
I will measure myself every month.
I am measuring and tracking the little bit of milk I put in my coffee every morning.
I am tracking my exercise on my fitbit app and not simply letting my fitbit do the tracking for me without effort.

I think even these small changes will remind me that I am on a health mission and will further instill the good habits I have learned over the years.
