It's been a while since I blogged. Between work and CrossFit, I don't have a lot of free time. I'm transitioning to paleo and I feel like all my free time (what little there was) has been spent cooking. It's been worth it though. My upset stomach has gone away. I no longer feel bloated and I just feel better. I wasn't expecting that. I don't know what I was expecting, but I wasn't expecting that.
I've lost about 15 - 17 lbs. A lady at work asked how much weight I've lost and I told her. She didn't believe me. She thought I had lost 30 pounds. I'm down a shirt and pant size and I feel strong and athletic. It is an awesome feeling!
I'm not looking for skinny. I'm looking for strong. My arms are getting defined, my butt looks completely different now, and my legs are getting muscle. The best part though, I don't have to wonder why my butt is knocking things over. It doesn't do that anymore
Yep...there have been some big changes. For me, it's all about showing up. If I show up, even when I don't want to, everything else just seems to fall into place. I have to confess, I've gotten to the point where I let very few things get in the way of me and my gym time.
