Last week on Sunday I posted the following: "My goal is to get at least 35000 steps in this week and 210 minutes of exercise. That is my baseline, the bare minimum. Anything over that is 'icing on the
.' I will post my progress each day. How are you going to spend your week?"
This is my week in numbers:
I tried really hard. I accomplished my goal for the week. Now to keep it going. We only have 5 more total days of April left. My goal will be to do the same thing only in a 5 day period instead of seven. 35,000 steps and 210 minutes of exercise. I will post my numbers daily as I did this past week. This means my daily average for steps would be 7000 (not 5000) and average daily workout minutes would be 42 (not 30).
