Bubble Run 2015!

Wow! I didn't realize that I haven't written a blog post in a few months. emoticon

So, I haven't been doing too well on the scale, but I have been progressing in exercising like working with a heavier kettlebell and doing burpees without the box for assistance. emoticon

I promised myself that I refuse to let that scale bully me because it does not define who I am. emoticon

The Lord is so good to me in His mercy and grace. He forgives me for destroying this body that He has given me. I am determined to redeem myself. I am looking forward to a very busy week with my exercise schedule. Stay positive and push forward! emoticon

I had so much fun today! I participated in a Bubble Run 5K. It was so organized and was done really well. I will definitely be doing this one again next year. One of my goals that I put down is to complete at least three 5K's this year, even though I can't run it completely yet. I am already on number 2. I will have to do the last one in the Fall because it's starting to get warm down here. It is supposed to be 100 degrees here on Thursday! emoticon emoticon emoticon I went with some friends from work this time.
