Today's walk

As I started today's walk I was really not motivated. My energy level is still not back up to normal. I have started eating low carb again. It usually takes a week or so to get adjusted. I decided to just do a half mile instead of my usual 2 mile trail. That way I would still get in 1 mile total. Pulled out my eucalyptus blue, took a couple of sniffs, and turned up my music and away I went. After about 5 minutes I could feel the tiredness lift and my spirits soar. I am so thankful that I didn't just quit and go home. I had an amazing walk. The sky was blue, the wind blowing and the sun shinning. Here is a few more pictures

This last picture is of a bridge on a trail I have been walking for over 15 years. I always stop in the middle and say a prayer. There is always a wonderful breeze blowing. In the 15 years I have walked this bridge I could count on one hand the times there was no breeze. I like to think my God does this just for me.

At the end of the day I had walked 3.5 miles. See that SMILE
